Smoked salmon avacodo sandwich for lunch

Here is a quick lunch that anyone can make. Healthy, Fast and tastes great! What else can you ask for.
Ingredients needed:
2 slices flaxbread
1/2 Avocado
Slice of purple onion
4 oz smoked salmon
Start by having the slices of bread open on your cutting board. You can cut the avocado into slices or just spread it onto one side of your bread. Put the salmon over the avocado now layer on the onions. Finish by closing the other side of bread and now your done! Enjoy lunch. Total calorie count of this meal is roughly 535 calories. This is a great healthy lunch and something that encompasses all major food groups.
