People always ask me what the best exercise to losing weight is, and time and time again I tell them that weight training with a proper diet is their best bet at losing those unsavory pounds. I guess that I should get a little more specific as to what kind of exercises are the best bang for the buck so to speak.

Everyday I am at the gym I see dozens of people walk through the door and start their routines. Usually some where in the process of their workouts you see them do some form of abs. Most of their ab routine will consist of situps and crunches. However all the people that I see doing these routines dont have six pack abs…they don’t have abs at all. Most have big fat round stomachs.
