Everyday I am at the gym I see dozens of people walk through the door and start their routines. Usually some where in the process of their workouts you see them do some form of abs. Most of their ab routine will consist of situps and crunches. However all the people that I see doing these routines dont have six pack abs…they don’t have abs at all.
