Diet a good four letter word

Whether you want to admit it or not, Diet is probably one of the most important aspects of life. I know for most the thought of the word simply puts fear into your minds but it does not have to be this way. In order to really understand the situation we need to re-evaluate what this word actually means. It does not mean you have to starve yourself and deprive yourself of food.
