Situps equals six pack abs?

Everyday I am at the gym I see dozens of people walk through the door and start their routines. Usually some where in the process of their workouts you see them do some form of abs. Most of their ab routine will consist of situps and crunches. However all the people that I see doing these routines dont have six pack abs…they don’t have abs at all. Most have big fat round stomachs.

You know alot has to be said about how we feed our bodies. Most people carry upon their day simply filling their stomachs with calories that have no positive effect on their physiques.
